At Orchids By Lupe, we are committed to providing exceptional delivery service and customer satisfaction. Please review our delivery policies below:

Delivery Schedule: We offer delivery services on special occasions such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. On these days, we will be making deliveries all day. Please note that delivery availability may vary based on the specific occasion.

Delivery Charges: For deliveries in Dade and Broward counties, there is a flat delivery fee of $10.00. For deliveries in West Palm and Monroe County (up to Key Largo), the delivery charge is $15.00.

Free Pick-up Option: If you prefer, you can choose the free pick-up option during the checkout process.

Changes to Orders: To make changes to your order, simply send us an email at orchidsbylupe1@yahoo.com with your confirmation number and provide details of the desired changes. Please notify us at least one day prior to the delivery date.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, you will be entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the delivery date. For cancellations made between five to two business days before the delivery date, a $10.00 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made less than two business days prior to the delivery date.

Special Instructions: You can use the special instructions box at checkout to provide additional details for the delivery team, such as desired delivery time or any extra information about the address. While we will make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

Quality and Color Substitution Policy: Our flower and orchid arrangements are handcrafted and unique. While we strive to match the product photographs and descriptions, slight variations may occur. In the event of color substitution, we will maintain the overall shades of the bouquet displayed on the website. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact color match due to natural variations in flowers.

Refund Requests and Claims: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please submit a refund claim within two business days after the delivery date. For any other issues, such as non-delivery or missing products, please submit your claim within 7 days, including your order number. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Problems with Plants: If there is a problem with your orchid plants within one week of receiving them, we will gladly replace them with new vibrant ones at no extra charge.

Late Deliveries and Rejected Deliveries: In the event that we are unable to deliver your order on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a refund. However, if we are unable to make a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., recipient not at home), no refund will be issued. If the recipient rejects the delivery, a refund will not be provided. Re-routing the arrangement to another location or person will incur an additional delivery fee.
