Thank you for taking time in reading the terms and conditions in place for our Wedding Marketplace. The Wedding Marketplace and the items in it are ONLY for delivery to the Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties. It also applies to WEDDING commitments made with Orchids By Lupe, Corp directly.

Your purchase MUST include a wedding package for the rest of your purchases to be valid. If you do not purchase a decor package but you purchase charger plate rentals, ceremony structures and other items we will then immediately cancel the order and return your money (minus any transaction fees). Please bear this in mind when navigating the Wedding Marketplace.

Should you need custom work please call us or fill out a Free Wedding Decor Estimate, the Marketplace is meant to be a hassle free experience and save you money in the process.

We are an LGBT friendly company where everyone is welcome and will NEVER be denied service.

Time. Your items must be purchased at least ONE MONTH prior to your event date. If you need them quicker then we suggest you call us to make sure we can accommodate it.

Floral Packages. In order to create a hassle free and cost-effective experience ALL floral packages are made with all-white flowers. Should you require a different color please reach out to us directly, there will be a color change fee applied to your chosen package.

Delivery Charges and Terms. Delivery is included in your final fee, as well as set up and pick up. All items purchased via the Marketplace are due to be returned to us. Any damaged/broken items will be charged in full to the client, see RENTALS portion.

2-Interest Free Payment Plan. To qualify you must place your order 3 or more months before your big day. To get this service we will require you to email us a print-out of your FINAL shopping cart, see instructions HERE. We will create an E-INVOICE with the same details that you will receive via email in order to make your initial payment (50% of total). The next and last payment reminder will be made via email using the same method ONE MONTH prior to your wedding day.

Rentals. Furniture and rental items such as table cloth, tables, napkin rings, chairs and the like are all to be returned to us in correct conditions. You may not take these items away with you once the celebration finishes. If any of these items disappear, break or are subject to misuse on behalf of your wedding party that result in an accident/incident, then you will be held liable for any claim that may arise or for payment as a result of damage.
*For your peace of mind, there is a multiplying ratio we apply to chairs and napkins so that there are always some extra units available.

Insurance. We are licensed and insured, should your venue require proof of insurance then please make sure to reach out to us to provide the appropriate paper work or certificate.

Cancellations. Cancellations are accepted at least a month in advance, we will return 70% of your money minus any transaction fees. If you plan to cancel within 30 days of the scheduled event date, any money paid for the cancelled service will not be refunded, nor will any money paid for the cancelled service be credited to any outstanding balance.
*By cancellation, it is understood that your entire event is fully cancelled (no longer taking place).

Rescheduling. Can be accommodated with a 4-week notice, make sure to reach out to us in a timely manner to make it happen.

Weather-related & other Rescheduling. We cannot provide refunds for a cancellation due to inclement weather or force majeure outside of our control (including pandemics). However, as an available option to cancellation, you may postpone the event, and all paid amounts received, if possible, will be applied to the rearranged date if we are notified of your intentions to postpone in a timely manner.

Venue. Delivery, set up and break down are costs included in your package price; however, there are venues with easy and difficult access. For venues with difficult access there will be an extra delivery charge that will not exceed $175.00. Some Miami venues have complicated access or are logistically far apart (ceremony and reception), or if your ceremony takes place at a church and your reception is more than 10 miles away then an extra delivery fee will be applied to your invoice.

Disclaimer.

Orchids By Lupe, Corp. shall not be responsible for its failure to perform its contracted duties due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, unforeseen events that inhibit or otherwise affect performance, or other circumstances beyond its control. Client agrees to hold Orchids By Lupe, Corp., its employees, and subcontractors harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses relating to services arising from this agreement.
